Flow Residences comprises 22 meticulously appointed apartments, oceanic residences and penthouses overlooking the iconic beaches of Snapper Rocks and Rainbow Bay. The location of this world class project is undoubtedly second to none and will most certainly set a new standard of apartment living in South-East Queensland.
Residents will have exclusive access to the Executive Club Level, comprising the whole ground floor with direct access to the beach. The apartments are fitted out with top of the line European appliances, meticulously crafted joinery and a strong presence of natural materials such as stone and timber. Apartments are tailored to the beachfront location, maximising views, natural light and ventilation.
The $70-million beachside residence is the latest project from avid surfer and local property developer Paul Gedoun of S & S Projects, who has set out to share his love affair with one of the world’s most famous surfing spots, Snapper Rocks. Perched atop an elevated north-facing site on the corner of Petrie Street and Marine Parade, the project directly overlooks the pristine Greenmount Beach and Rainbow Bay, with each apartment capturing spectacular ocean views of the pointbreak and the coastline.
Award-winning architect Cottee Parker, responsible for the Queen’s Wharf residential resort in Brisbane, are behind the design of Flow Residences, with each apartment aiming to blend the simplicity of a traditional coastal shack with luxury design, superior finishes and functional amenities. It all begins at ground level, devoted entirely to resident amenities including a beach club with a recreation deck, a private-dining area, wine cellars, functions spaces, a gym and (of course) board lockers for the keen surfers. The 22 Flow Residence apartments are spread across 12 levels, and are available in two-, three- and four-bedroom formats.
