Project Win!

Qld Fire and Emergency Services – Loganlea

We are delighted to announce a new project win with Woollam Constructions, providing Building Insights (ESD), Mechanical and Electrical engineering services for proposed new fire station at Loganlea, QLD.

The project consists of amalgamating two adjacent residential lots into one, where a new fire station can be built to maximise their operation and enable better training amenities. Once the new fire station is built, the existing building located on the corner of Logan Reserve and Kingston roads, will be demolished to make way for a sheltered hardstand for training purposes.

Member for Woodridge Cameron Dick said the upgraded facilities would improve the operational capability of the QFES in the region.

“It is important that we provide our firefighters with well-designed and well-equipped workplaces that help them service their communities efficiently and effectively,” he said.

We are excited to get this project underway with Woollam Constructions, Phillip Smith Conwell Architects and the whole design team.
