The Waverley Residences – Southport

We are very pleased to announce our collaboration with AC advisory Centre, delivering specialist Mechanical Services Design for the Waverley Residences in Southport, Queensland.

This project is developed by Busikon and built by Descon, aims to capatilise on the buoyant market for luxury apartments that is positioned away from the overcrowded locations such as Main Beach, Palm Beach, Burleigh and Coolangatta.

The Waverley Residences are a boutique collection comprising 60 apartments over eight storeys, offering 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with 2 levels of basement car parking.

Nestled in a quiet section of Southport, The Waverley Residences is a short walk to Southport Central, Broadwater Parklands and Main Beach.

Designed by award winning architects Rothelowman, The Waverley Residences embrace a timeless palette rich with coastal hues throughout and open plan design for seamless living.

This development offers an abundance of amenities with the rooftop terrace showcasing stunning views to Surfers Paradise and Main Beach. You’ll also find a fully-equipped gymnasium, BBQ area and private dining space.
