Uniting Retirement Living Expansion – Yamba, NSW

We are delighted to announce a new project win with GCB Constructions, providing Mechanical and Electrical engineering services for proposed new independent living villas and apartments.

The new retirement village at Uniting Yamba sits on the banks of the Clarence River, integrating stylish villas and apartments, a clubroom, library and tropical outdoor gardens. The village will include 34 villas and 50 apartments, ranging from 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom homes.The apartments and villas have been designed to be light and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Each villa extends to a private courtyard which faces north, and maximises light and ventilation.

We are excited to get this project underway and building our new relationship with GCB Constructions and the design team.
