We are thrilled to announce a new project win with Venmist and Hutchinson Builders, providing Mechanical engineering services for proposed new high-end luxury apartment, Luxe at Broadbeach.

There are exclusive residents’ amenities on the Podium Level 5 include a 25-metre heated lap pool, infinity pool with views, residents’ lounge, sauna, barbeque area, gymnasium and yoga lawn, with views over the Broadbeach foreshore and out to the ocean.
