Surfers Royale – Southport

Its been a busy but fantastic week for us at Enginova with another project win!

We are delighted to announce our involvement on behalf of Venmist Air Services, providing specialist Mechanical services design, 3D modelling and production of workshop drawings.

The $340-million, 38 storey development includes 108 High-end luxury apartments, with an average price point of $3 million for the site at 7-9 Northcliffe Terrace. Designed by DKO Architecture, Mim Design (interiors) and being built by Hutchies, this tower will re-define opulence and prestige within the heart of the Gold Coast.

The inspiration behind the design of the tower comes from the local Pandanus trees, which are synonymous to the Queensland beach landscape. The prestige apartment market in south-east Queensland, and in particular the Gold Coast, is buzzing with buyers from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane looking for lifestyle opportunities to either relocate or enjoy as a holiday home on the Gold Coast.

Surfers Royale will provide two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments along with “sky homes” and penthouses. A concierge, wellness centre, gym, treatment rooms, cinema, library, executive lounge, bar, whiskey locker, three pools and a commercial kitchen for caterers are also part of the holistic design to accentuate the ultimate luxury experience and lifestyle.
